What people are saying about Mark's amusing and inspiring presentations and his latest book "Lemons into Margaritas."
"Mark McIntosh is an inspiring motivational speaker. My staff was moved by his words and story and motivated to work together to create a positive cooperative team moving my business in a new forward direction."
Larry Merfeld, owner Lukas Liquors, Centennial, CO.
"Thank you Mark McIntosh. He brought a great message to our CSU-Pueblo Pack football team. Mark inspired and motivated by challenging our coaches and players to challenge themselves to be better. Mark can do the same for your team. In athletics or business!”
John Wristen, Head Football Coach, CSU-Pueblo
Mark, thank you so much for speaking with us so that we could kick off 2013 on a positive note. Your presentation on how to utilize effective strategies to deal with life's challenges resonated with everyone. Your personal stories were so touching, we could all relate. As I looked around the room I saw tears of laughter and also tears of compassion. You have a true gift when it comes to connecting with people. We so appreciate your time and talent. Everyone has challenges in life. And, thanks to you, now we know how to deal with them in a much more effective way, JOCK. You are the very BEST.
Denver Alumnae Association of Kappa Kappa Gamma
"Mark, your presentation helped to set a positive tone not just for our
annual corporate meeting but also our approach to the challenges that lie
ahead for our organization in 2012 and beyond. Your Pep Talk, "Lemons into
Margaritas" delivers a powerful message and your delivery was engaging and
entertaining. As we move forward as an organization we will push to "be
superior to our former selves!"
Nicholas Kurtenbach: Manager - Strategic Planning and Corporate
Development, OmniTRAX Inc.
Mark, thanks for Pep Talk at our recent Denver Transportation Forum. This
was the first year we decided against an industry speaker and simply focus on a
motivational message. You knocked it out of the park! The feedback from our
attendees was very positive! I guess you could say, much like a
turtle, an "organization" doesn't make any progress until sticking its
neck out. We are certainly glad we did. Thank you!
Doug Draper, Board Member Denver Transportation Club
Mark, thanks for the inspiring “Pep Talk” at our quarterly meeting. The content was excellent and my team was appreciative of you and your message. Keep up the great work!
Trevor Dean - Director, Sales - CA Technologies
Your presentation to our Farm Bureau Insurance Agents Conference was outstanding. I received many compliments on your presentation. Your inspirational delivery and down to earth advice was a high point of our meeting. In fact, you set the tone for a very successful Awards Banquet later that evening. Any organization or company that is looking for a game changer, would do well to sign up "The Comeback Coach"! Keep up the great work!
Jeff Smith, VP of Sales and Marketing, Colorado Farm Bureau Insurance
"Thanks again for your Pep Talk! We received lots of great feedback. They liked that you were funny and down to Earth. We could easily relate to your stories. I even heard a staff say later in the week that more people need to recreate themselves rather than pulling the blankets over their head and hiding from the world."
Katie Smith/Program Coordinator for Jefferson County, CO. Child Support Services
Mark was charged with the task of inspiring and entertaining a group comprised only of women at the Colorado Council meeting for the National Association of Insurance Women. As with all challenges in his life, he tackled this one with focus and determination and came out a winner! We sincerely appreciated his candid revelations which were thought provoking and entertaining. His keynote speech, “Lemons Into Margaritas”, (the name itself being immediately appealing to our large group of professional women!), spoke directly to the hearts of our members and has left a lasting impact on us all.
Debbie Mackey, President, IPNMD, National Association of Insurance Women
“At the Loveland Chamber of Commerce, we strive to provide the best return on investment for our investors, so when in comes time to hire speakers for our events, we don't turn to anyone. I had heard the Comeback Coach's message about "Running to Daylight," was very inspirational, but I was pleasantly surprised to find how funny it was too. Mark is an outstanding speaker with an excellent message to kickoff/close your event. If you're looking for an engaging, inspirational speaker for an upcoming event, consider going with Mark McIntosh, the Comeback Coach.”
Brian Willms, CEO, Loveland Chamber of Commerce
"You did a terrific job. A very animated presentation that was both engaging and thought provoking. We've worked with many speakers in the past, but you easily fall in to that very lonely and lofty 'best of the best' category. Tons of great complements afterwards."
Thomas Frey, DaVinci Institute Executive Director
"Mark spoke at the CFO & Controller's Roundtable for the Colorado Society of CPA's and did an amazing job! In the current changing environment and the struggles we are all facing Mark gave each of us inspiration! Mark shares his stories of struggle and triumph with humor and courage! I would highly recommend Mark as a personal coach and a speaker for any event where inspiration and encouragement are important! Mark is the true Comeback Coach!!"
Angela Roberts, Board Member, Colorado Society of CPA's
After your "Run To Daylight" presentation at this morning's Greenwood Village Chamber of Commerce Expo breakfast, one of the exhibitor's from our local library district wanted to share her thoughts.
She said that she had drawn the "short straw among the folks attending from the library as to who would fill the seat at breakfast. She said she can't stand sports - never watches it or reads about it. She told me that when she saw that "some sports guy" would be speaking at the breakfast, she was sure that she would be bored to tears. She said that within two minutes of you starting your presentation she was sitting up in her chair and glued to every word. She said that never in her life had someone taken sports analogies and put them into such terms that made sense to her and truly inspired her until she saw you that morning.
She's become a real Comeback Coach fan and has put "Lemons Into Margaritas" on her must read recommendation list.
Powerful stuff my friend - you are truly a difference maker!
To Your Success,
Mark Crowley, President/CEO Greenwood Village, CO. Chamber of Commerce
"The Comeback Coach's latest book is a real motivator. The short stories and specific strategies will inspire you to turn life's lemons into margaritas, guaranteed!"
Bob Schaffer, Chair, Colo. State Board of Education and former US Congressman.
