Mark is the founder and chief encouragement officer of Victory Productions. The Denver-based company's mission is to encourage others to achieve goals and overcome challenges when it comes to marketing, morale and community connections. Victory offers help in many sectors of the community, including, but not limited to, the following: non profits, small businesses, university athletic departments, government agencies, educational and faith-based organizations.

In addition, based upon life experiences and inspired by great mentors, McIntosh is a dynamic, inspiring and entertaining motivational speaker/author. The fitness buff creates a Daily Dose of encouragement, weekly Pep Talk newsletter, presents live Pep Talk experiences, writes books and provides products designed to encourage others, despite life’s unexpected and unwanted challenges, to achieve goals and overcome challenges when it comes to leadership and morale.

Finally, the proud father of two great kids, co-hosts a sports talk radio show, The Odd Couple, with Eric Goodman weekdays from 3-6pm on Denver’s Mile High Sports Radio. The long-time Mile High City television personality also free-lances on business development projects with CBS4-TV, where the Missouri native began his Denver sportscasting career in 1988.
